Our Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years’ experience in Designing, Developing and Maintaining Software Applications. Create efficient, reliable and scalable code for new software applications and/or improve existing ones. This includes both backend and frontend development (full-stack) based on project requirements
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams. Work closely with product managers, designers and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide input on feasibility, and deliver solutions aligned with business goals
- Conduct Code Reviews and Ensure Quality Standards. Participate in code reviews to improve code quality, ensure adherence to best practices and provide constructive feedback. Actively contribute to improving coding standards and development practices.
- Troubleshoot, Debug and Optimise Performance. Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks in the software, ensuring a seamless user experience. Conduct regular testing to maintain high reliability and performance levels.
- Document Software and Technical Processes. Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for code, technical designs and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and support future maintenance
