Job Scope:
- Oversee the design, procurement, and installation of M&E systems
- Lead and supervise M&E engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met
- Ensure M&E work meets industry standards, codes, and safety regulations
- Monitor project budgets, manage expenses, and control costs
- Identify potential risks related to M&E systems and implement mitigation strategies
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, designs, and project progress
- Address and resolve technical or logistical issues during the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards
- Provide regular progress reports and status updates to stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and quality assurance
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry
- Must have M&E industry experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent project control and people management skills
