Job Scope:
- Create detailed 3D models and drafts for architectural, engineering, or product design projects
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and architects to understand project requirements
- Develop and refine 3D renderings, visualizations, and prototypes for presentations and production
- Ensure accuracy and precision in 3D drawings and models, adhering to industry standards
- Review and modify CAD/3D models based on feedback from stakeholders
- Maintain and organize project files, ensuring proper documentation and version control
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with 3D modeling software or design elements
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure models meet project specifications and requirements
- Mentor and guide junior drafters or team members, providing technical support and training
- Stay updated with the latest 3D design tools, techniques, and industry trends
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, marketing) to integrate 3D designs into the final product or structure
- Participate in client meetings and project reviews, providing technical insights or design solutions
Requirements:
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, V-Ray, or other 3D rendering software
- Strong knowledge of drawing preparation and organization
- Experience in commercial and residential projects is a plus
- Diploma or higher in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (for communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and clients)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Interior Design firm or related field preferred
