Job Scope:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and leads
- Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients
- Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions
- Prepare and present detailed technical and commercial proposals
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure product specifications meet customer needs
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Manage the sales process from inquiry to order fulfillment
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and technical assistance
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer input and market needs
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing automation machines
- Proficient in CAD software and Microsoft Office
- Diploma (or higher) in any discipline; relevant experience preferred
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to multi-task
- Independent, creative, and proactive
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (English and Mandarin)
- Team player with a positive attitude and commitment
- Flexible and willing to adapt as needed
