Job Scope
- Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components
- Create electrical schematics, layouts, and wiring diagrams
- Ensure compliance with standards, codes, and safety regulations
- Select components and perform system simulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated solutions
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning
- Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
- Implement energy-efficient and sustainable electrical solutions
- Research and apply new technologies to enhance system performance
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering with 2-3 years of experience
- Experience in designing and developing customized automation machines
- Proficient in writing PLC programs (e.g., Omron, Allen Bradley, Siemens, Keyence)
- Familiar with PC-based programming (Visual Basic, C++) for machine controls
- Hands-on experience in guiding technicians with schematics and electrical layouts
- Occasional travel required
