Key Responsibilities:

- Salesforce Expertise: Leverage Salesforce capabilities to meet project goals, considering platform limitations.
- Documentation & Communication: Maintain clear documentation and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with testing teams to validate solutions.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or higher in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 8+ years in roles like Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or Product Owner in Agile settings.
- Certifications: CSPO or CSM required; Salesforce Admin (CRT101) is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in requirement analysis, process mapping, and Agile methodologies.
