Job Responsibilities:
- Play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for all our passengers.
- Main role involves checking-in, greeting passengers upon their arrival and ensuring a smooth departure process.
- Be tasked to assist passengers with special needs or provide customer service in exclusive premier lounges at Changi Airport.
- Being responsible for buffet table presentations, you also handle meet/greet services at the reception area and perform basic computerized transactions.
Job Requirement:
- Able to work on rotating shifts
- Pleasant with a cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skills
- Dynamic individual with service aptitude and willingness to go the extra mile
- Proficient in English and a second language for effective communication with international passengers
