Job Scope:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and allocate resources
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure technical specifications
- Solve technical issues and ensure compliance with standards
- Manage project budgets and provide financial updates
- Source and manage vendors, negotiate contracts
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and assign tasks
- Communicate with stakeholders, clients, and contractors
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Ensure safety compliance and monitor on-site practices
- Provide regular progress reports and maintain documentation
- Oversee project handover and provide post-completion support
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and communicate effectively
- Willingness to work at project sites
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Relevant WSQ certification is a plus
