Our client is a leading Multinational Tech company, developer of personal-computer software systems and applications.


Job Responsibilities:


Customer Skilling Program – ASEAN only :

  • Lead and own accountability for breadth customer skilling (unmanaged accounts) as a key deliverable of the Enterprise Skilling Initiative (ESI) via global marketing scale motions and program offerings.
  • Manage the non-managed accounts intake process for provisioning of the skilling assets, engaging directly with account teams and their customers directly as required.
  • Joint GTM program design and execution with GitHub and other external stakeholders to lead Developer Skilling motion
  • Joint co-marketing planning and execution with managed 3rd party Training Services Partner in Partnership with the ASEAN Training Services Partner Manager

Marketing, Communications & Operations for Cross Program:

  • Skills Marketing & communications strategy, design and deliverables aligned to core audience programs
  • Program impact and status communications to ASEAN and Korea stakeholders and employees (newsletter, impact reports, etc via all aligned comms channels)
  • Build regular CLO management review presentation decks for key leadership meetings: locally, and globally.
  • Lead the rhythm of the Business (ROB) for the CLO co-ordinating team and stakeholder inputs to business reviews.
  • Lead and execute for all external and internal facing Skills Marketing events
  • KPI and OKR Reporting & analysis for CLO. Derive analytical insights on the state of the programs and recommend strategies and tactics for continuous improvement. Deliver regular reporting to the CLO.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with min 5 years experience in Marketing, Program management & delivery (preferably skilling and enablement programs).
  • Regional experience predominantly Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia,, Thailand is desired
  • Working knowledge / experience of Cloud Services & Solutions (preferably Azure).
  • Experience in customer and/or partner facing roles (sales, marketing, service or support roles).
  • Administration & operations excellence, attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to positively influence others.
  • Data and analytics (excel, data analysis, reporting), well versed with Microsoft suite, Power BI
  • Should have good communication and stakeholder management skills
