Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and self-driven Financial Officer with 4-5 years of experience in the finance industry to join our team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial planning, reporting, compliance, and analysis. Your expertise will be essential in supporting our business decisions and ensuring financial integrity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to drive business strategy and performance.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee month-end and year-end financial closing and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
- Financial Controls: Implement and maintain robust financial controls and systems to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Cash Flow & Tax Management: Oversee cash flow management, tax planning, and compliance, ensuring that all processes are aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Business Insights: Provide financial analysis and insights to support key business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance standards, maintaining the highest levels of integrity.
- Cross-departmental Support: Collaborate with various departments to optimize financial operations and support business growth.
- Financial Statements: Prepare and consolidate financial statements for the company.
- Banking & Relationships: Manage banking operations and relationships for the Singapore branch.
- Industry Trends: Monitor industry trends, especially in the automotive sector, and assess their financial impact on the business.
- Accounting Software: Utilize accounting software and SAP systems to maintain efficient financial operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, or ACCA are preferred.
- Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for communication with stakeholders in China.
- Skills:Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of financial controls, reporting, and compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software and SAP systems.
Highly organized, meticulous, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
