Job Description:
- Responsible for overseeing the daily plant engineering activities including supervising equipment preventive maintenance.
- Monitoring the daily activities of the engineering staff and providing training accordingly.
- Oversee the maintenance budget and make sure resources are allocated effectively.
- Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Monitoring inventory levels of spare parts and equipment, ensuring availability for maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborating with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize disruptions to operations.
