Executive Search: Our client, a leading European Manufacturing MNC with an established production site in Johor and regional sales activities in Southeast Asia from office in Singapore.

We are looking for a seasoned finance leader to drive financial excellence across plant operations, enhance cost control, and support SEA sales P&L growth. The role oversees budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and capital investments to enable efficient, scalable, and sustainable production.


The Responsibilities – examples

· Manage a range of finance functions, including accounting, tax, treasury, compliance, and system implementations.

· Serve as the compliance lead for regional entities, handling regulatory filings and ensuring adherence to legal requirements.

· Provide financial support to various business units, assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reviews.

· Deliver clear financial insights and performance metrics for sales teams, including product, customer, and regional data analysis.

· Oversee financial control for sales operations, including cost validation and preparation of budgets and forecasts.

· Manage cost control for manufacturing processes, ensuring cost efficiencies and identifying areas for savings.

· Track capital expenditures and support financial reporting for production expansion initiatives.

· Lead digital transformation efforts in financial reporting through the integration of advanced analytics and system upgrades.

· Collaborate with global teams to support sustainability and compliance initiatives, including environmental reporting and data tracking.


The Requirements:

· 10–15 years’ finance experience in international or complex settings.

· Broad skills in financial reporting, cost management, compliance, and performance analysis.

· Proficient in ERP and digital tools with strong technical skills.

· Proven leader with a track record of team development and process improvement.

· Effective communicator skilled in cross-departmental collaboration and stakeholder relationship-building.
