Customer Care Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend to passengers at arrival claims with mishandled and damaged baggage
  • Raise reports of mishandled and damaged bags, in according to the various airline requirements
  • Trace mishandled baggage and keep passengers informed of the tracing status
  • Assist passengers with odd size bags
  • Answer hotline calls on baggage matters


Requirements:

  • Comfortable with shift work
  • Possess 4 GCE ‘N’ level credits / 3 GCE ‘O’ level passes or equivalent
  • Professionalism, Patience and a "People-first" attitude
