Job Responsibilities :
• Lead a team to deliver project on schedule and within budget
• Do overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet targets
• Manage risks, issues, budgets and scope throughout the project life-cycle
• Responsible for all construction site matters including safety and other compliance matters
• Ensure all works carried out meet with Clients/Company’s quality standards and requirements
• To meet Government / Statutory / Government Agency’s regulations/requirements at all times
Job Requirements :
• Degree in Civil Engineering accepted by Singapore PE Board/BCA
• Minimum 10 years experiences as a Project Manager, exposures with major projects in Civil Engineering /Building Construction Industry
• Knowledge of best practices in Construction Project Management
• Excellent in Leadership, Analytical, Planning, Organisational, Communication, Presentation skills
• Build and maintain positive relationships with external clients/internal team members
