Finance and Admin Assistant

Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day finance tasks such as processing payments, AP invoice posting, monthly schedules, bank statement reconciliations, and staff reimbursements.
  • Monitor monthly Account Receivable statement and collection
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations
  • Provide administrative support

Qualifications & Other Requirements

  • Diploma or Equivalent (SPM) or higher.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in using Xero, MS Office and communications tools like Whatsapp for various tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: Flexible for minimum 20 hours/week, 11:00 am to 05:00pm, Prorated salary;
  • Lunch: 1.0 hrs
  • Office based in Bukit Merah Central
