Finance and Admin Assistant
Job Description
- Manage day-to-day finance tasks such as processing payments, AP invoice posting, monthly schedules, bank statement reconciliations, and staff reimbursements.
- Monitor monthly Account Receivable statement and collection
- Perform regular bank reconciliations
- Provide administrative support
Qualifications & Other Requirements
- Diploma or Equivalent (SPM) or higher.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in using Xero, MS Office and communications tools like Whatsapp for various tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: Flexible for minimum 20 hours/week, 11:00 am to 05:00pm, Prorated salary;
- Lunch: 1.0 hrs
- Office based in Bukit Merah Central
