What you'll be doing
- Provide personalized, specialised, and cost-effective patient services within the designated area, adhering to established hospital policies, procedures, and standards of practice
- Evaluate patients for mental health issues and provide case formulation along with treatment recommendations
- Deliver appropriate counseling and psychotherapy to both inpatients and outpatients as identified
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to contribute to the overall care plan and facilitate the transition to adult care for patients
- Develop workflows for improved patient care, initiate new psychosocial programs, assist in creating teaching materials, and provide in-service training for departmental staff as needed
What we're looking for
- Degree holder in Social Work
- Preferably 2 - 3 years of related work experience in clinical service will be advantageous
