- Process vendor invoices and payments posting in our accounting system
- Assist AP Accountant to perform month-end closing and GST submission
- Housekeeping of AP/GL records in softcopies formats, managing AP common email
- Assist AP accountant on process improvement initiatives
- To maintain audit schedules
- To assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 2 year working experience in a commercial firm
