Job Scope:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in new installation projects.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the installation market.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote company offerings.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in sales practices.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability within the sales team.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Sales Experience in Lift /Elevator is a plus
