Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday) (1 hour lunch break)

Jurong East

  • Generate, update and maintain documents required for department, including presentations, correspondence, mailings, publications, databases.
  • Compile, coordinate and distribute reports, agendas and other information, as required.
  • Establish and maintain record keeping and filing systems.
  • Managing all office administrative activities including courier service, mails distribution
  • Ensure meeting rooms are being maintained and functioning properly.
  • Arrangement of lunch and refreshments for Regional + OEB meetings.
  • Organize travel arrangements (flight booking, visa, hotel & etc.)
  • Preparation of reports/presentation materials/documentation as assigned.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
