- Generate, update and maintain documents required for department, including presentations, correspondence, mailings, publications, databases.
- Compile, coordinate and distribute reports, agendas and other information, as required.
- Establish and maintain record keeping and filing systems.
- Managing all office administrative activities including courier service, mails distribution
- Ensure meeting rooms are being maintained and functioning properly.
- Arrangement of lunch and refreshments for Regional + OEB meetings.
- Organize travel arrangements (flight booking, visa, hotel & etc.)
- Preparation of reports/presentation materials/documentation as assigned.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
