Job Description:
1. Assist in preparing management accounts and relevant schedules
2. Prepare rental billings and process bank payments
3. Update daily cash position report
4. Update weekly cash flow projection
5. Participate half-yearly stock take
6. Assist in preparing quarterly GST returns
7. Handle building administrative matters
8. Handle ad hoc duties as and when required
9. Experience in full set account preferred
Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
2. Positive and good working attitude
3. Good team player and willing to learn
4. Proficient in MS Office
5. Immediate availability preferred
