Swiss-Asia Financial Services Pte Ltd Singapore holds a Capital Markets Services (CMS) License under the Singapore Securities and Futures Act (SFA) to conduct regulated activities in Fund Management and Advisory for accredited investors.
Responsibilities:
Networking and Opportunity Identification:
- Demonstrate networking strength and utilize your networks across APAC to identify new opportunities, diversify revenue channels, and capture new client segments.
Client Solutions:
- Understand the Swiss-Asia ecosystem thoroughly and deliver innovative business solutions to clients.
Revenue Pipeline Management:
- Proactively build and maintain a robust new revenue pipeline, showcasing quarterly growth.
Activity and Progress Management:
- Maintain a high level of activity with meaningful progress, including making calls, scheduling meetings, defining next steps, and following up promptly.
Sales Quota Achievement:
- Meet or exceed sales quota goals and objectives consistently.
Industry Representation:
- Represent Swiss-Asia by actively participating in and speaking at panels and industry conferences to share your expertise on the industry and market trends.
Client Upselling:
- Identify opportunities for upselling to existing clients, ensuring their evolving needs are met.
Brand Ambassadorship:
- Act as a brand ambassador in all client interactions, consistently embodying Swiss-Asia's values and commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in Business Development, Campaign Management, or Product Management within the corporate and fund & wealth service industry, preferably in both B2C and B2B setups.
- Proficiency in European languages, specifically English and French, as well as one additional European language, is required. Proven Experience working with European clients and exposure to European market
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred, or relevant coursework in these areas.
Industry Expertise:
- Demonstrated expertise in Mutual Funds, Structured & Wealth Products, with a deep understanding of market dynamics.
Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
Organizational Skills:
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
