- Provide administrative assistance, including organizing meetings and taking meeting minutes, managing schedules, preparing documents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations related to business development and project management tasks.
- Track and report on business development initiatives and project milestones, analysing key metrics to ensure timely clientele account receivable/payment performance.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to address concerns, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams (admin, finance, IT and operations) to ensure alignment between business development goals and project execution.
Job Requirements
- Minimum “A” levels and above.
- 5 years of working experience is preferred, however fresh graduates are acceptable.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic software applications.
- Possess social and interpersonal skills with corporate clients.
- Possess basic inventory management skills.
- Ability to manage project delivery.
- Excellent attention to detail and perform accuracy in work details.
- Effective communication and strong interpersonal/social skills.
- Able to work independently and able to collaborate work with others.
