We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Business Executive to join our team and provide crucial support in supporting the business management of the manager. This would include recruitment and onboarding of new staff and assisting with tasks related to business team management, onboarding, insurance and investment services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing various responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Management:

Working closely with the manager to execute projects related to insurance and investment services. Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and provide regular updates to the executive.

  • Administrative Tasks:

Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments, ensuring optimal time management for the executive. Handle email correspondence, draft responses, and prioritize incoming communications. Organize and maintain important documents, contracts, and records related to insurance and investment services. Update SOPs

  • Client Interaction:

Hotline Management. Liaise with clients to schedule appointments, gather necessary information, and provide updates on behalf of the manager. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients and stakeholders. Collecting referrals and testimonials from clients.

Qualifications:

  • Individuals with no prior work experience are open to apply.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry would be an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software and Canva
  • Knowledge of financial concepts, investment strategies, and insurance products is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
