Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise the work of sub0contractors and in-house workers
- Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
- Co-operate with safety personnel to ensure adherence to Workplace Safety & Health at all time.
- Assist PM and Project Engineers on the daily execution of permanent and temporary works such as road diversion, drainage and pavement work and etc.
- Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings
- Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship with observation of strict deadlines.
- Perform safety, equipment, materials routine inspection
- To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
- Attend daily toolbox meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
- Maintain and update work progress records, housekeeping and prepare reports.
- Responsible for materials and manpower planning usage at site.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned day to day.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevent work experience in civil engineering
- Candidate with relevant certificate will e an added advantage
- Mandarin speaking and written is essential knowledge due to co-ordinate with Chinese client and project team.
- High pro-active attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills
