Responsibilities:
- Build & maintain good relationships with new and/or existing clients and provide quality after-sales service.
- Provides administrative support to sales department
- To follow up on all enquiries, preparing proposals where necessary
- Manage the CEO’s calendar
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to CEO
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Any other ad-hoc duties as may assigned
Requirements:
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- ITE or Diploma in business studies, administration, or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Singaporean Only
