Job Description
To manage and provide support for some areas of the undergraduate work and student matters, including SEP, student advisement, curriculum changes, timetabling, updates on CANVAS, outreach, and other adhoc tasks.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Undergraduate matters (course registration, appeals, allocations, CET course planning, student exchange programmes, CANVAS course management, student advisement)
- Curriculum and timetabling (submitting new course proposals, timetabling for lectures and tutorials and room allocations)
- Outreach (prepare publicity materials, organise open houses and orientation programmes for incoming freshmen, and other outreach activities)
- Provide admin and logistic support for student projects and activities such as TS play productions
- Organise writing competitions and awards ceremonies for these competitions
- Adhoc duties
- such as estate and building maintenance matters, fixed asset verification, seminar and teaching room bookings
Qualifications
The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree, have good English communication skills, and preferably some experience of similar work at a university.
