- Dim Sum & dessert preparation, making and cooking according to the menu recipe & as per restaurant’s standard
- Ensure freshness, consistency and high quality of dim sum before serving to the table
- Check and well storage of dim sum ingredients and ensure cleanliness of tools and utensils
