- Ensure a high-quality end-product from Raw to Crust, according to the highest industry standards and specific properties.
- Develop, improve and test new tanning recipe.
- Monitor tanning batches for recipe and process fine tuning.
- Troubleshoot tanning issues, propose and implement action plan.
- Involved in daily tanning operations.
- Provide training to operators.
Job Requirements
- Experience in sustainable and environmentally friendly tanning, coating and finishing leather process
- Knowledge of hazardous substances
- Good color sense
- Good communication skills
