An exciting opportunity has surface for a Payroll Executive to be part of the wider HR team to be responsible for the smooth functioning of the payroll processes in the company.
Reporting to Head, Human Resource, the key responsibilities of this role are summarized as follows:
- Prepare attendance updates in HR System
- Prepare Payroll weekly and monthly for part-timers and events employees
- Extract Levy information and make payments
- Monitor attendance and payroll for adherence to MOM and Tax legislation
Requirement:
- Minimum 1- 2 years of related working experience.
- Great communication and articulation skill
- Knowledge of HR Systems
- Comfortable with partial manual reporting, good with excel (Pivot and Vlook-up)
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment to meet the demands of the organization
- Ability to deal with high volume of data
- Ability to meet weekly and monthly payroll within a short timeline
- Comfortable working with different teams in the Organization
- Bring resolutions to outstanding payroll topics
