Facilities Management
- Manage and maintain all facilities in our stores across 4 terminals
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH)
- Monitor contractor’s staff and third party’s contractor (from brand partner) to execute maintenance activities according to scheduled timeline
- Ensure that the completed work by the maintenance technicians, contractors are of a satisfactory expected standard and follow up on any deficiencies such as verification of M&E installation
- Carry out regular routine check and ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance are carried out according to the standard requirements
Compliance
- Support and ensure that actual construction complies with pre-defined technical specifications
Others
- Maintain a good relationship with appointed contractor, brand contractor, brand partners, CAG facility group team
- Any other ad hoc duties/projects as per assigned
Requirement:
- Some basic knowledge of handyman work would be an advantage
- Minimum 1 year of work experience related to facilities management preferably in a retail environment
- Knowledge on safe work procedures would be anadded advantage
- Self-starter,Outgoing, dependable, pro-active and team player with can-do attitude
- Able to work shift work
- Good organizing, problem solving, project and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
