Job Description
- Take temperatures and administer health screening questionnaire
- Data entry
- Attending to queries from patients & visitors
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirement:
- Anyone that can commit to the timing will do !
Working hours: On rotating roster of up to 6 days shift (will not exceed 44 hrs/wk)
Must be opened to all 4 timings , supervisor will roster , cannot choose
- AM shift – 9.15am to 2.15pm (5 hours, no break)
- PM shift – 3.15pm to 8.15pm (5 hours, no break)
- Full shift – 7.45am to 7.45pm (2 break time given)
- AM & PM shift - 9.15am to 8.15pm (1 hour break)
