Customer Service Officer

Job Description

•attend to agents/customers' enquiry &resolve issues arises

•checking with carrier for spaces &bookings+ rates update if not ni system

•submit/declare dg, monitoring of carrier's approval &pm4 approval

•submit/declare oog, monitoring of carrier's approval

•process bookings, arrange pick up/ trucking/ clearance for import &exports

•monitoring &updates to customer/agents for any vessel delays or bring forward

•request stuffing &unstuffing photos as needed

• issue payment vouchers &submit for approval

• process import clearance for customers

•check cargo status, schedule &update to customers for delivery/pick up

• checking of documents &submission for permit declaration

•fumigation arrangement

•stuffing &unstuffing arrangements for FCL

• local delivery arrangements

• processing of coo/can/customs docs/sol (prefential &non-preferential)

•attending to overseas/local r/o enquires &quotations

•courier of original documents (e.g. obl/coo)

• arrange/check/request/prepare documents for assignments

• update billing and assist ni closing of job files

• any other duties and responsibilities assign


Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma

Strong communication skills

Profiency in MS office applications

Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
