Responsibilities:
- User Growth & Monetization: Lead the user growth, product experience, and monetization strategies for a mobile App.
- Establish and manage DAU and revenue targets aligned with each stage of product development, taking full accountability for achieving these goals.
- Innovation & Differentiation: Drive innovation within the app, developing standout features to increase downloads on Google Play and App Store.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, to support effective promotion and campaigns.
- Project & Team Management: Efficiently coordinate with the product and R&D teams to ensure smooth project execution and effective team collaboration.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Strategy: Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to identify innovation and monetization opportunities, maintaining the App’s competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and higher with 5+ years in App product management. Proven success in driving substantial user growth, managing products with DAU in the millions, and familiarity with Android, iOS, and OEM ecosystems.
- Innovation & User-Centric Design: Strong ability to innovate, with experience in building products from the ground up. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on user experience and product design excellence.
- Commercial Insight & Data Proficiency: Excellent market insight and business acumen, with a solid foundation in data analysis. Skilled in independent market research and strategy development.
- Project & Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in project and team management, with a collaborative mindset and strong team spirit.
