About the role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build, lead, and grow a community in line with imToken's goals and strategies. We are seeking someone who can creatively and effectively manage our community on a budget, maximizing impact with minimal costs.
What you will be doing
- Develop and implement community growth strategies in alignment with imToken's objectives.
- Engage with the community across various social media platforms, including X, Telegram, Discord, and others.
- Execute airdrop campaign, promotional activities, and events to attract and retain community members.
- Foster a positive, active, and engaged community environment, responding to community feedback, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align community strategies with overall company goals.
- Utilize creative and cost-effective methods to increase community engagement and growth.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on community sentiment and feedback to continuously improve engagement strategies.

Skills and qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in community management, preferably in the blockchain or Web3 space.
- Proven track record of successfully managing community growth and engagement strategies.
- Experience in planning and executing airdrop campaign and strategies to attract and convert members into investors.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a thriving online community.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for community engagement.
- Experience in working with Telegram Mini Apps and understanding their role in community management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
What are nice to have (optional)
- Experience in a startup environment and enthusiasm for being part of a creative and dynamic team.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and decentralized platforms.
- A strong network within the Web3 and cryptocurrency community.
- Familiarity with design software and content creation tools.
- Chinese language skill is a plus
