Interior Design Drafter – Lim’s Star Design & Contracts Pte Ltd
Responsibilities:
- Prepare design proposal, detailing, material specification and documentation with Interior Designer
- Prepare working drawings, plans, details and schedules, using related design software.
- Assists or prepare elements of project schematic/conceptual designs, under direction.
- Prepares presentation boards and materials, under direction.
- Responsible for all design related aspect - conceptualize design, space planning, detail design.
- To produce construction or technical drawings for clients and consultants.
- Other duties as delegated by the Management.
- Laising with supplier, attend meeting with clients.
- Other duties as delegated by the Management.
Requirements:
- Preferably with relevant experience.
- Knowledge in 3D Max and Vray is essential / Photoshop & illustrator
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer-aided drawings.
- Good in perspective drawing, rendering & detailed drawings.
- Pleasant working attitude, self motivated, hardworking and creatively.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Immediately or within short notice to start work
Salary : $3400 to $4400
