Job Description & Requirements
- Maintain cleanliness, upkeep, organization, and maintenance of the restaurant space
- Communicate standard operation procedures to staff to assure quality and consistency of service
- Know menu, menu prices, and composition of food and beverage menu items; be familiar with all daily specials with proper plating procedures and restaurant promotions
Good Knowledge of multi cuisine and good communication skills in particular for this position
· Must be able to work weekends, public holidays and on split duty
· Must possess service oriented attitude and be adept at handling guests
. Must be able to work under stress and be adaptable
