The Role
This position will manage and administer leases in a portfolio of properties.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for management of leases which includes preparation and checking of lease documents, creation of contracts in system and updating of tenancy schedule.
- Responsible for lease documentation, audit checks on leases and tenants, arrears management, and other related lease management functions.
- Updating and maintaining of records and data in system.
- In charge of tracking security deposit and lease documentation status.
- Responsible for department administrative duties including supporting chat hotline, organizing of tenants and department events and maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in relevant courses.
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word is essential.
- Experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
- You should be meticulous, diligent, a team player, independent and process initiative.
- Other key attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
