CBRE Property Management manages commercial, retail, residential, industrial and hospitality property assets to effectively maximize our clients return on investment and align key property assets with their overall business strategies. We are currently looking for dynamic, highly motivated and independent candidates to join us.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and tracking of lease documents and licences.
- Keep accurate records of lease agreements, correspondences and other related documents.
- Liaise with various parties such as lawyers and IRAS on lease related matters.
- Oversee and ensure that billing and other financial transactions (such as agency fees, refund of security deposit, tenancy arrears) are followed up timely.
- Organizing events to engage with tenants and improve landlord-tenant relationship.
- Assist with tenants’ queries and be the main point of contact for all lease matters.
Requirement:
- Diploma or above in Business Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years' experience of leasing administration experience.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, good communication skills.
- High proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Able to commit to 5.5 days.
