Admin Executive (MNC Company)
Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (Mon to Fri), 8am - 5pm (Alt Sat)
Base Salary: Up to $3,500
Location: Tuas (Training will be conducted at HQ Office, Suntec Tower)
Benefits: AWS, Bonus, 14 days AL, Transport Allowance: $100 during HQ training
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic administrative support, including handling incoming calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors professionally.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining files and records, ensuring information is stored accurately and accessible.
- Manage office supplies inventory, ordering items as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Enter and update data in company systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Assist in preparing simple reports, presentations, and documentation for internal use.
- Handle basic document filing, scanning, and archiving duties.
- Support scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Book meeting rooms, prepare materials for meetings, and ensure necessary arrangements are made.
- Provide general support to other departments as needed, including HR, Finance, or Operations.
- Assist in organizing company events or employee engagement activities when required.
- Support various office tasks and provide administrative assistance on an as-needed basis.
- Assist in ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in an administrative
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- A proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Public Holidays: May be required to work with OT pays, with scheduling coordinated with another admin
