As a Chef De Partie you will be responsible for the following:


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality control food prepared in area of work
  • Ensures adequate mis-en place is prepared
  • Organises all necessary food requisitions and food transfers directed by the oulet chef
  • Ensures that all items are properly served and rotated to the specification in the Food Preparation Department
  • Ensures the proper handling, cleanliness and maintenance of the work area and equipment
  • Ensures a professional attire and personal hygiene at all time


  • Requirements:
  • Candidate must be able to communicate in simple English
  • Able to perform spilt shifts including on weekends and public holidays
  • Strong interest and passion in culinary
