Morgan McKinley is seeking a Data Scientist for a 12 months contract assignment with a possibility to extend or to go perm!
Job Responsibilities:
- Innovate: Develop and implement cutting-edge LLM-based applications, including AI chatbots, with a focus on reusability and scalability.
- Validate: Design and execute data-driven experiments to assess the effectiveness of our LLM solutions.
- Analyze: Use advanced ML algorithms to dissect large-scale data and provide actionable insights for complex business problems.
- Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities for LLM applications that can propel merchant growth.
- Evolve: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with advancements in LLM and ML technologies, applying your knowledge to continuously enhance our solutions.
Job Requirements:
- A PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Operations Research, Mathematics, or related fields.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in data science or a similar domain.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, SQL, and Spark.
- Strong grasp of ETL processes and experience with large data platforms.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and a genuine enthusiasm for exploring their applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, adept at conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
