- Collaborate with the Change Management Specialist to develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to promote AI initiatives internally and externally.
- Create engaging content, including articles, newsletters, presentations, and social media posts, to highlight AI achievements and milestones across the firm.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding for AI-related communications.
- Organize and manage events, webinars, and workshops to educate and engage employees and clients about AI initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries from within and outside the firm and public relations related to AI projects.
- Foster a culture of transparency and collaboration by keeping stakeholders informed about AI developments and impacts.
