Role Description

As a Performance Marketing Strategist at Freyr Labs, you'll be instrumental in crafting, executing, and refining innovative digital campaigns across platforms such as Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You’ll drive client success by developing creative strategies, leveraging advanced analytics, and ensuring ongoing optimization to meet and exceed their goals.



Key Responsibilities

- Deliver Impactful Results: Consistently enhance conversion rates and surpass industry standards through innovative and data-driven marketing tactics.

- Identify Growth Opportunities: Conduct in-depth analysis of client business models to uncover avenues for expansion and improvement.

- Refine Campaign Performance: Leverage tools like Google Analytics and SEMRush to optimize campaign outcomes.

- Shape Strategy: Create and implement robust digital marketing strategies, guiding them from initial concept through to successful execution.

- Drive Innovation: Regularly test ad creatives, explore new target audiences, and find keyword opportunities to elevate campaign performance.

- Foster Collaboration: Partner with creative, strategic, and client teams to achieve outstanding marketing success.



Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on digital channels.
  • Proven proficiency in META Ads, Google Analytics, and various marketing tools.
  • Skilled in crafting targeted strategies, executing successful campaigns, and generating high-quality leads.
  • Priority will be given to Singaporeans and Malaysians, though applicants of other nationalities are also welcome to apply.
  • The right candidate will also be considered for a Co-founder Head of Performance Marketing role.
