Job Responsibilities:
- Equipment Cleaning: Periodically clean kitchen equipment as scheduled, ensuring all tools are in top shape.
- Safe Handling: Carefully manage cutlery storage to avoid breakages and maintain a neat, orderly system.
- Garbage Disposal: Safely remove garbage to the designated disposal area, keeping the kitchen spotless.
- Safety & Hygiene: Report any hazards or breakages to the Supervisor and strictly follow safety and hygiene protocols.
- Task Support: Assist with any additional tasks or duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Inventory Control: Ensure all equipment is properly inventoried and stored, preventing loss or damage.
- Clean Environment: Uphold cleanliness standards, ensuring all staff follow rules and regulations.
- Maintenance: Oversee that all equipment is well-maintained and thoroughly cleaned regularly.
