Job Description:
· In charge of the day-to-day operations of the building
· Review and administration of maintenance contracts including insurance policies of the building
· Plan, execute, and supervise all facilities management and operational matters
· Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings
· Deliver efficient and effective solutions on building management
· Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings
· Prepare and submit an annual budget and recommend rates of MF/SF contributions
· Ensure feedbacks are attended to promptly and efficiently
· Supervise and manage a team of site staff
· Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management
Job Qualification:
· Degree / Diploma in Building & Estate Management or equivalent
· Minimum 3 years of MCST experience
· Good knowledge of the Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act
· Computer literate and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
· A good team player with strong analytical and leadership skills
