Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintenance and operations of assigned buildings.
- Supervise and manage operations of campus facilities, including attending to work requests, site inspections, meetings, and coordination with stakeholders and contractors.
- Ensure administrative processes in the Facilities Management System are completed promptly.
- Assist in troubleshooting and analysis of building operations matters.
- Support exploration and implementation of projects related to sustainability and digitization of building operations.
- Assist in planning and execution of daily operations as assigned by the Reporting Manager
Qualifications
- Relevant Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Estate Management.
Years of Experience
- 3 years of Facilities Management or related experience preferred
Knowledge / Skills (preferred)
- Attended/ Green Mark Accredited Professional (Facilities Management)
- Attended/ Certified Fire Safety Manager
- Attended/ Certified Project Manager
- Attended/ Certified Workplace Safety Management
- Experience with Building Management Systems / Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
- Competent in MS Office applications
