Job description:
- Coordinate and manage all logistical and operational requirements for upcoming training programs, including IT infrastructure setup.
- Oversee trainer and room bookings, ensuring training venues are equipped with the necessary hardware and software.
- Support the enrolment process for learners.
- Facilitate post-course processes, such as invoicing, grant processing, and grant management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to minimize write-offs.
- Serve as a key contact for trainers, account managers, and clients regarding training matters.
- Contribute to effective classroom utilization.
- Assist in preparing reports for monthly meetings, covering operational activities and statistics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business Management, IT Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an Operations Executive or similar role, ideally within a related industry.
- Knowledge of training management systems and relevant tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
