The Scope:

The Corporate & Events Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the corporate and events sectors, with a specific focus on Food & Beverage (F&B) services. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored F&B solutions to meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, particularly in the F&B domain.


Job Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate and events market with an emphasis on F&B services.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, focusing on F&B offerings.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, particularly in the F&B sector.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients highlighting F&B services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring profitability for F&B services.


2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, focusing on their F&B needs.
  • Understand clients' F&B requirements and provide customized solutions.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through regular communication and follow-ups regarding F&B services.
  • Handle client inquiries related to F&B offerings and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

3. Event Coordination:

  • Collaborate with clients to plan and execute events that meet their objectives and budget, with a strong emphasis on F&B arrangements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of F&B services.
  • Oversee F&B event logistics, including menu planning, catering, and beverage services.
  • Ensure compliance with all F&B-related regulations and company policies.

4. F&B Management:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with F&B suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure the quality and presentation of F&B offerings meet company standards.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of F&B supplies for events.
  • Monitor F&B costs and work to optimize profitability.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and event details, especially F&B components.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in F&B services.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market conditions in the F&B sector.

6. Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for F&B services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met, particularly regarding F&B services.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

Qualification:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

· Proven experience in sales, preferably within the corporate or events sector.

· Strong understanding of event planning and coordination.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.


Experience:

· Experience with large-scale corporate events and conferences.

· Knowledge of event and F&B management software

· A network of industry contacts in the F&B sector
