Job Description
- Perform customer facing tasks such as answering and directing phone calls, providing information and services and attending to walk- in enquires/ requests from students, visitors, parents and suppliers in the General Office (this include going to the classrooms to bring the pupils down to the General Office or vice versa)
- Manage lost and found items
- Managing sickbay records and taking care of medically unwell students, providing basic first aid to injured students, liaising with students and their parents/guardians
- Manage delivery of items (such as label the items, updating records, bring the delivery man to the storage place, follow up with items e.g. delivery orders);
- Perform simple administrative and office work (e.g. prepare/verify information/documents, scanning/ faxing/ photocopy/ laminating documents, managing records); and
- Assist teachers in preparing teaching materials.
Requirements
- Must be proficient in speaking English
- One (1) year relevant working experience in administration
- Possess the willingness to provide good customer service and to attend to the unwell/ injured children
- A team player who is organized and able to multi-task.
Working hours
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
- Fridays: 7:30am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
