- All devices and equipment are properly functioning (eg POS hardware, printers, music equipment, iPad, facial recognition device, walkie-talkie, toilets etc)
- Completion of daily shift certificates
- Weekly inspection of cleanliness of restaurant and all side stations
- Submit requisition of Front-of-House consumables to Operation Manager for approval
- Full handling of guest table & seating arrangement:
- Handles table reservation system
- Man outlet phone/mobile by responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
- Monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow
- Receive and confirm walk-in and online/phone reservations
- Usher guests to their tables and provide them with menus
2. Lead and supervise team of Supervisor and Crew
3. Maintain effective and efficient online POS & delivery order platforms
4. Plan weekly duty roster, attendance & overtime, ensuring effective arrangement and usage of manpower and seek approval from Operation Manager
